The restaurant offers traditional local specialties and can accommodate up to 65 guests in two dining rooms. Parking spaces are provided for cycling guests, and bicycle rentals are also available. The farmstead covers a total of 1.8 hectares, with 6,000 square meters of grassy area that includes domestic animals, an acacia forest, and meadows. All visitors are required to check in one day before arrival.

The Róka Farmstead is located not far from Subotica, on the eastern shore of Lake Ludas (Šupljak). This hundred-year-old building with wattle-and-daub walls and a thatched roof bears the characteristics of the North Bačka style, where the stoves and archaic open fireplaces are still visible today. The farmstead operates without electricity and features a permanent exhibition consisting of several sections. The archaeological section spans from the Mesolithic to the Middle Ages, with most of the displayed items being original and originating from the area around Lake Ludasi. The ethnographic section showcases objects from the early 20th century.

The Đorđević Farm is a unique venue with a restaurant capable of hosting 250 guests. The Fisherman's House has 30 indoor and 80 outdoor seats, creating a magical atmosphere on the pontoon. The festive house is ideal for 50 people, whether it's for private events such as weddings and birthdays, or business meetings like team-building activities and seminars. Events are operated by contract, where food and drinks are provided by the venue, but location rental is also possible. The courtyard terrace, next to the pool, can accommodate over 100 people, and the pool is exclusively available to guests staying overnight. The farm has sports facilities, including two tennis courts, a basketball court, a sandy volleyball court, and a small football field. For the little ones, two playgrounds are also available. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are provided. For larger events, such as corporate parties, a 500-person white party tent is available, which can also be set up at the desired location.
