The Fruška Gora Mountain Range is located in the southern part of Vojvodina, in the Srem region, and stretches along the banks of the Danube. The higher parts of the mountain, above 300 meters, are covered by dense deciduous forests, while the valleys feature meadows, arable land, vineyards, and orchards. Due to its exceptional natural and cultural values, the area has been part of the Fruška Gora National Park since 1960.
